School Development Plan
Every year we produce a detailed plan of improvements we will be making in order to ensure that we continue to grow and develop and achieve the best possible out comes for all our children. This plan is drawn up following rigourous self evaluation which takes into account the following:
- The quality of Teaching, Learning & Assessment
- The impact of Leadership and Management
- How the children's Personal Development,Behaviour & Safety needs are being met
- Outcomes for all children
- The effectiveness of the Early Years provision
