Week - 21/03/21
English
This week we are aiming to write a diary extract about travelling down a river.
On Monday we will gather ideas about what it would be like on a boat sailing down a river. We will explore and gather vocabulary to explain emotion, the experience using our five senses, the events that might happen.
On Tuesday we will be reminding ourselves about what a diary extract should 'look' like and how it is structured.
On Wednesday we will write a diary extract and on Thursday we will have a sharing session so that we can listen and respond to others to give ideas of how we can make our writing better.
On Friday we will edit and write a final draft of our diary extracts.
